DOG LICENSE
Upon payment of the required license tax and upon presentation of evidence that the dog is currently immunized against rabies, the Village Clerk-Treasurer shall complete and issue to the owner a license for such dog containing all information required by state law.
The Village Clerk-Treasurer shall also deliver to the owner, at the time of issuance of the license, a tag of durable material bearing the same serial number as the license, the name of the county in which issued and the license year.

Water and sewer service is provided by the Luck Water and Sewer Utility to most village properties.

WINTER PARKING
540-20 A. – Between November 1 and April 1 of the following year there shall be no parking between the hours of 2am and 7am
540-20 B. – There shall be no parking on any street between 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. when snow removal appears imminent or necessary or any other times of the day or night when said parking shall hamper or interfere with the snow removal operations.
540-14 C. – Parking during snow removal. No person shall park, place or leave standing any automobile, truck or other vehicle on any street or public way after one hour from the time such area has been designated and marked with signs or barriers by the Police Department and/or the Director of Public Works of the Village indicating no parking due to snow removal.
